Bookings

To make a Booking, you must be at least 18 years old.
You can make a Booking through various channels, such as our online reservation system, call centers, or travel agents. Availability and taxes or service charges applicable to your booking will be communicated during the booking process.
To confirm your Booking, you will need to pay a deposit that corresponds to your Accommodation rate.
As per the country’s regulations, all guests must register and provide valid proof of identification, such as a passport or national ID.
Adepa reserves the right to substitute your booked room for a similar or better category at the same hotel or relocate you to another Adepa or non-Adepa hotel of the same or higher standard, at no extra charge, if the specific room you booked is unavailable.
Adepa can cancel your Booking at any time without prejudice to any other rights it may have, under circumstances such as a breach of the Terms and Conditions, security reasons, government or public authority order, or a Force Majeure event.

Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are processed in the order they are received. To guarantee your reservation, you must pay for the first night of the total room revenue at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the total amount must be paid upon your arrival.

Changes to Bookings

To make any changes to your booking, you must submit a written request. Adepa Resort will make every effort to accommodate these changes; however, they will only be possible if there is availability.

Right of Refusal

Adepa retain the right to deny entry to the hotel or cancel your reservation without refund, should we determine upon your arrival that you or any of your visitors are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behaving in an inappropriate, aggressive, or offensive manner, or not dressed appropriately.

Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival.
• If you fail to show up for your reservation, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
• Your credit card information is only used to secure your reservation.
• Payment for your entire stay will be made at the hotel.

Functions and Events

Any events or functions you plan to hold during your stay at Adepa Resort properties must be approved by us in advance. This includes events with guest numbers exceeding 50% of the registered guests. Adepa Resort reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at our sole discretion, and any approved events will be subject to additional charges. Details of the terms and conditions for holding events will be provided upon application. Adepa Resort also reserves the right to require the appointment of a professional Event Organizer before granting permission to hold an event.

Damages, breakages or losses

It is the responsibility of the guests to maintain the property in good condition and leave it clean. Any damages, breakages, or losses caused by the guests during their stay will be charged to them. In the event of damage or mess caused by the guests, Adepa Resort reserves the right to reclaim the property.

Insurance

It is highly advisable to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking. This insurance will provide coverage for illness, injury, evacuation, death, lost baggage, theft, cancellation, and other unforeseen travel incidents for you and your travel companions during your entire stay.

Responsibility

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with Adepa Resort, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

US$ Bank Account Details and Credit Card Transfers

Bank Account details, or details for making credit card payments for transfer of rental funds, will be sent at the same time as the tentative booking confirmation.
